We guarantee to have orders with you within 3-5 working days, unless the item is out of stock, in which case we would contact you via email quoting a new delivery date.
Cameo Jewellers & Goldsmiths are not held responsible for delayed courier or mailing services. We use Royal Mail where problems rarely occur.
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, however, if, on a rare occasion you are not entirely satisfied, please return it to us, and we will be happy to offer you an exchange, credit note or refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of the item being delivered, to inform us that the item was damaged upon receipt. Items must be returned in pristine condition i.e. unworn with all its original packaging, labels and all relevant documentation. On receipt of the item, and upon verifying the damage, we will replace or offer a full refund via your original payment method and reimburse you your reasonable postage costs.
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item to us as long as you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned within 30 days, undamaged, in pristine condition, i.e. Unworn with all of the original packaging, labels and documentation. You are responsible for all postage costs associated with the return. Once the item has been received and verified, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method, minus the delivery charge.

The following products may not be returned/refunded/exchanged and no credit note will be issued under this policy:
(a) any product made to your specification including bespoke items
(b) any product made especially to order or have been altered in anyway at your request
(c) gift vouchers
(d) any items that have been engraved/personalised to your specification
(e) earrings due to health and safety reasons.
